Dimitrios Lautenschläger is one of Germany’s most successful youth coaches and has set new standards with his unique Dual Career Development concept.

As a coach, he has led his athletes to three World Championship titles and four European Championship titles. In 2023, 2024, and 2025, his club won the U15 German Championship team ranking three years in a row.

In addition to his work as a Disability Manager and coach, Dimitrios has played a key role in organizing major events, including the first President’s Cup in Bonn, Germany, and the German Open.

Furthermore, he has supported the European Taekwondo Union as an organizer for European Championships.
